Cancellation, Rescheduling and Validity policy

Here in Hindi-Punjabi, we understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending your lesson.

If you know in advance that you are unable to attend a lesson, please try your best to reschedule or delete/cancel the same lesson at least 12 hours in advance.

  • According to our cancellation policy, students cannot reschedule or delete/cancel their same lesson for free within 12 hours of it starting. They are responsible for managing the event whether it is on Google (need to send a message too on skype/zoom where the lessons are taking place the right way when you manage it) or Calendly.
  • You are able to cancel/reschedule the lesson for free up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Only regular students can still discuss only in emergency, urgent or sickness cases with the tutor whether it is possible to reschedule/ cancel the lesson without full charge. However, the tutor reserves the right to make any decisions.
  • If you cancel or reschedule the lesson within 12 hours of it starting, please leave a detailed message so the tutor can check what the possibility can be with the lesson. (only regular students)
  • Please note, that when your scheduling is done, your event/s (lesson/s) is automatically added to your Google calendar if you use Gmail or might ask in the email; from there, you can manage the lesson before 12 hours for free (reschedule or cancel/delete) or from any email, they receive the follow-up email with detail.
  • Each Individual lesson or package has validity. You may be notified once/twice through your registered email /skype/zoom before the hour/s expire.
  • In any case, a full refund is guaranteed for the remaining lessons (It is calculated based on the amount I received on PAYPAL after their commission. e.g. You sent 10 USD and I received $8.91 and $8.91 will be calculated. Please note that there are no refunds of used and expired hours)
